Hey team,

As a staff, we meet on Monday mornings to worship and share updates about the different programs and things we have going on to help us all be on the same page and celebrate! 

With all the changes that covid brought about, one big difference happened with our Gap Year program - they were on our campus for three months in the fall. Those involved went to great lengths to implement procedures to keep everyone healthy while helping the participants get lots of training before they went to the field. 

On a recent Monday, one of the mentors (the staff member in the office who oversees the squads on the field), shared a video with us that her squad created when a number of them were baptized. 

It gives you a good taste of what their time looked like as well as what 18-20-year-olds are like these days.
