It’s my favorite week of the entire year at the office. SPIRIT WEEK!
At Adventures, all week long, we have themes to dress up for and different activities happening at lunch. Yesterday was Ugly Sweater, today is Character Day (I’m dressing up as Juno because I have to work the pregnancy angle while I’ve got it…that’s some good material), and the end of the week is a department competition. On Saturday, we have our all staff Christmas party where everyone dresses up all swanky and enjoys some good celebration.
For some reason, my Christmas cheer has been much higher this year. I usually love Christmas time, but as I’ve been going through an Advent devotional, I feel my soul settling into the comfort of this season.
Wherever you are, whatever you’re doing, and however you may feel, the Wilsons pray you feel an extra ounce of appreciation for this season!
